Professional Non-Rated Structures

EACH FULLY BRACED KIT INCLUDES:

  • 16-gauge, 1-3/8" diameter galvanized steel hoops and ground stakes

  • 4' hoop spacing

  • 3 steel purlins running the full length of the building, offering connection points for all hoops

  • Wind braces and interior steel framing

  • Single-layer 10 mil UV-treated greenhouse film covering the top and both end walls

  • Wiggle wire and channel for film attachment

  • Hardware for attachments

Prefer a "one and done" greenhouse? The All Inclusive kit eliminates the guesswork — everything you need to grow year-round is included.

  • Pressure treated cedar for perimeter base and end wall framing

  • 50% reduced shade cloth with grommets

  • Ground cover

  • Thermostat

  • Exhaust System-fan and louvres to allow for air turnover of once per minute

  • Steel front door

  • Additional wiggle wire and channel for around accessories

Which Width Is Right for You?

Choosing the right greenhouse starts with knowing how you plan to use it. The Home & Hobby Series is available in three widths — 9', 12', and 16' — each designed with a specific grower in mind.

The 9' wide greenhouse kit is our most compact option and a great choice for first-time greenhouse owners, urban backyard growers, or anyone working with limited outdoor space. With room for a single growing row and comfortable access on both sides, a 9' wide greenhouse kit gives you a real, functional growing space without overwhelming your yard.

The 12' wide greenhouse kit is our most popular Home & Hobby option. It offers two full growing rows with generous walking room in between — enough space to grow vegetables, starts, flowers, and herbs all season long. If you're a hobby farmer, homesteader, or serious backyard gardener, the 12' wide is likely the sweet spot for you.

The 16' wide greenhouse kit is built for the grower who needs maximum space without stepping into a full commercial structure. With room for multiple rows and equipment storage, it's a favorite among small market gardeners, u-pick operations, and anyone planning to grow year-round at scale.

SHIPPING: FREE terminal-to-terminal shipping (Continental US only)— no surprise fees at checkout. Contact us at 417-350-8979 to find your nearest terminal. 

Your greenhouse will arrive on an 8 ft long x 4 ft wide pallet. The terminal will load the pallet onto your trailer for you.  The steel is bundled so that it may be hand-unloaded upon reaching your final destination.  

 

   **Buyer must either pick up kit or make arrangements with the terminal within 1 day of being contacted from the terminal with notification that kit is ready. Not picking up kit within this time frame may result in late fees, storage fees, or ultimately return of kit to Greenhousekits1 at buyers’ expense. In this scenario, buyer will also be responsible for 20% re-stock fee and any damage occurred during travel back to Greenhousekits1.

Please check your kit upon arrival for all parts. We will send replacement/missing parts at no additional charge up to 2 months from kit pick up. After the two months following pick up, buyer is responsible to pay for any additional parts and shipping.

 

We offer a fourteen day money back refund upon return of a greenhouse kit in original, unopened condition.  Because we custom build each kit as it is ordered, once an order is placed, the process begins immediately (parts are ordered and labor begins etc. for your kit). Due to this, all cancellations are subject to a 20% materials fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
